The Vivber’s factory was a station for the exclusive country-traveler truck "POWDER IGP ON TOUR".

The participants got to know IGP's latest development DURA one 56 powder paint during the program. Combined with the product description, we gained insight into the problems that occur during powder coating, whether it can be traced back to the oven or the spraying technique.

It was suggested an opportunity to obtain IGP certification, which includes a high-quality professional training of several days. After a succesfull audit VIVBER could become an IGP-certified painting plant.

The equipment used during powder coating (Wagner powder sprayer) and also the quality check tools were showed during the presentation. We gained not only theoretical knowledge, but also optical tools that effectively would support our work in the future. It is important to emphasize that the Roadshow provided useful information not only for painting workers, but also for our Colleagues from other departments.
